Employee Assistance Programme

The EAP concept was first introduced to Ghana in 2009 by HWF. In 2016, Recovery Africa/Hopeful Way Foundation (HWF) sponsored an EAP breakfast with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana. Numerous meetings and training sessions have been held.

Five Recovery Africa sponsored individuals took the international Employee Assistance Program Certificate Program offered at the University of Maryland. Hopeful Way Foundation is spearheading the foundation of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Chapter in Ghana.
